It is with a special pride and joy that I welcome you to the official website of both the Lay Magistrates’ Association of Jamaica (Kingston Chapter) and the Custos for the Parish of Kingston.

I am particularly honoured to be Custos for the Parish of Kingston, the capital of our beautiful Jamaica, and a city which boasts a rich history and an eclectic cultural heritage....

It is my distinct pleasure and honour to serve as President of the Lay Magistrates’ Association of Jamaica (LMAJ), Kingston Chapter. I am acutely aware of the enviable record of the Chapter since its inception in 1993, and what it means for the way forward. We are at a fork in the road, where we can take one direction and rest on our laurels; or, take the other - which will dictate the need for innovation and creativity, in order to take the Chapter to the next level. We MUST promote the efficacy and relevance of the Chapter!
